How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specifically designed, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers with internal stiffeners to prevent corner dings and ring wear during transit.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For opened items, returns are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturing defect or significant playback issue not noted in the description.
Do you sell new or used records?
We offer a curated mix of both. Each product page clearly indicates whether a record is a 'Brand New' factory-sealed press or a 'Pre-loved' vintage copy with a detailed condition grade.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 10-21 business days.
